Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request is made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors (once opened)
  • Electric Blankets that have been used
  • Any items that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Gift cards (as stated in our menu)

Before shipping anything back, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information. You can use the template below to ensure you include all necessary details.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our sleep experts will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship your return without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all tags and documentation, and ship to our fulfillment center at:

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your refund. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

What’s Refunded

We refund the product price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product (such as switching from Low Profile Pillows to High Profile Pillows, or exchanging a King Bed Quilt for a different size), follow the same process above and specify “exchange” in your return request.

International Returns

Since we ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import charges associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
